Anti-Slavery Policy
Anti-Slavery Policy
Introduction
AOG-247 is committed to ensuring that all its business operations are free from involvement with slavery or human trafficking.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners engaged by AOG-247.
Annual statement
Although AOG-247 does not meet the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 that would legally require AOG-247 to produce a slavery and human trafficking statement, we recognise the importance of preventing modern slavery and therefore we will voluntarily produce an annual slavery and human trafficking statement. This statement can be found in the homepage of our website.
This policy outlines our commitment to acting ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
AOG-247 is committed to:
• Ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is considered and addressed in our approach to corporate social responsibility.
• We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour.
• Ensuring that any concerns about slavery or human trafficking can be raised through our whistleblowing policy.
• Ensuring that all our employees are paid at least the National Minimum Wage and have the right to work in the UK.
• Ensuring that all commercial agreements include an obligation on our suppliers to operate in accordance with our ethical Code of Conduct.
• Providing training for all employees on issues relating to slavery and human trafficking.
Breach of Policy
Any breach of this policy by employees may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
Suppliers or business partners found to be in violation of this policy may have their contracts terminated.
