AOG-247 aims to provide aviation products and services to it’s customers on time and within budget.
The Management is committed to:
Customer Focus
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering aviation products and services that meet or exceed customers' expectations and maintaining open communication channels for feedback and improvement.
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and integrating their feedback into our improvements.
Leadership and Employee Engagement:
- Top management will lead and demonstrate accountability for the quality management system by providing direction, resources, and support needed for effective quality performance across the organization.
- Foster a culture of quality through leadership, active employee engagement, and ensuring all staff are empowered and responsible for quality in their roles.
Compliance and certification:
- Develop and improve the Quality Management System and its effectiveness.
- Implement, achieve, and maintain AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001 certification to meet industry standards.
- Communicate the importance of meeting customer needs and complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Supplier Management:
- Develop a robust, safe and reliable supplier network by auditing, evaluating and overseeing suppliers to ensure compliance.
- Regularly review supplier performance and take actions to ensure alignment with quality objectives, fostering a partnership approach to meet standards of safety, reliability, and quality.
Continuous improvement:
- Review quality objectives during Management Reviews, including reporting on internal audit results to monitor and measure processes and system effectiveness
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities based on the analysis of performance data.
- Ensure the availability of resources to support improvement initiatives.
Commitment to Risk-Based Thinking and Mitigation:
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the effectiveness and improvement of our quality management system.
All personnel are expected to understand and comply with the Quality Policy and Quality Management System requirements. The Quality Policy is reviewed regularly to ensure its ongoing suitability. Copies are made available to all staff and relevant interested parties.
