David Bradley
CEO/OWNER
- Track record of more than 20 aviation asset transactions (including leasing and part-outs)
- Ten years of successfully developing MRO businesses.
- Significant experience of acquiring assets for lease, exchange, flipping. Experienced knowledge in narrow-bodied aircraft types,including specific product knowledge of landing gear, engines, APU, Flight Control, Wheels and Brakes.
- Vast market experience, concluding business in all continents, with strong relationships and contacts in airlines, leasing companies, maintenance organisations, brokers and banks.

Damon Bowden
CHEIF OPERATING OFFICER
- A distinguished professional with a remarkable background in the aviation industry. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (B.Eng Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of South Wales, where he gained a solid foundation in aeronautics.
- Complementing his engineering expertise, Damon furthered his education by earning a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Aerospace from Newport University.
- With a career spanning over 15 years, Damon has held various high-ranking positions in the aviation sector, showcasing his extensive leadership and experience in the field.
- His exceptional academic qualifications and proven track record in the industry establish him as a seasoned and accomplished aviation professional.

Christian Müller
Managing Director AOG-247 Europe GmbH
- A well-connected, highly motivated, and a pragmatic individual who thrives on propelling initiatives forward. Holds an equivalent English degree, designated as the "Master Professional in Business Management (CCI).With over 16 years of extensive aviation experience, Christian specialised in Rolls-Royce Trent engines at N3 Engine Overhaul Services in Germany, a certified Rolls-Royce Overhaul Base.
- Served as a Repair Engineer, overseeing process support for the Inspection, Metrology, and Electrician departments. Progressing in the field, He later assumed the role of Product Manager for the Component Repair Network, entrusted with strategically developing N3's repair business.
- His responsibilities included managing repair development projects, engaging in commercial negotiations, and fostering strong connections within the customer and supplier network for piece part business related to Trent engines.

Agnieszka Wolik
HEAD OF SALES
- Track record of more than 10 years in aviation brokering, covering engine, Airframe and component sales. Experience being gained with AJW, Aerfin and Magnetic MRO.
- Over ten years of commercial/business development experience in various customer facing roles.
- Significant experience of delivering the most cost effective solutions to operators including maintenance, lease and asset trading covering various platforms including Trent, RB211, V500, CFM56/3/5B/7, CF34, PW2037, PW4000, CF80C2 and various narrow and wide bodied aircraft types.

Maninder Singh Kalsi

- 20 years experience of managing and developing operational teams in the logistics environment across all modes including imports, exports, road, air, courier, inventory logistics.
- Takes pride in not only leading teams but also inspiring them to reach new heights of excellence.
- Thrived in fast-paced environments where every second counts. Whether it's coordinating shipments across different modes or ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine, has an innate ability to keep things moving seamless.
- Responsible for leading logistics for both UK & German warehouses.
